The project which is offered together housing, shopping, entertainment and various social activities, consist of 3 residental blocks and one shopping block in order to enable people in the 21st century, to use their limited time in the most efficient way. The housing units of various qualities and sizes are the special areas that appeal to different socio-cultural families with their spatial wealth, while the shopping unit is the public unit of the project. It is aimed to increase the quality of life by meeting the various needs of both residents and residents with the social and cultural areas designed within the shopping block. In the plan plane, fracture linear line on which spatial formations are based, is continued also in the front layout and divides the facade into two perceptually. While the spatial fiction, expression and façade of the building separate it from the structures around it, also offer effective perspectives on the urban skyline through this powerful architectural  approach.
