Located on a 15.243 m² site at İvedik Organized Industrial Site (OIS), Ankara, this project consists of office, hotel and shopping units. Here, the approach is to become the center of OIS with a symbolic impact. Although the design differs from the industrial texture of the site, streets are generated to achieve the coherence with the surrounding site.

Street stores under the blocks are diversified using level differences of the land and shopping comfort is increased with the high arcade on façade. Furthermore, green-roofed café-restaurant areas are formed on the upper levels of stores and a 1000-person capacity multipurpose hall is planned. At office floors, modular working spaces in varied sizes are generated for different usage scenarios. The building consists of 3 carparking floors, 4 retail floors having 55 stores and 16 office floors having 67 offices in total.

For the façade design, natural stone is preferred, different from the surrounding buildings with metal façades and metal roofs. Use of wooden for the hotel block façade on the other hand, emphasizes the functional difference. At roof tops, delighted spaces are formed with green-roofs and deck flooring.
