Having a project area at Konya Yolu, the developing business-commerce axis of Ankara, the main objective of the design is to form an iconic building for the city.

Idea behind the design of the project can be considered as a reflection of the balanced fusion of the fixed principles of business life into globalized world. While the two office towers represent stability, the façade creates a dynamic effect on the structure.

The placement of the shopping block, with the utilization of sloping land, is supported and enriched with interior streets on plan level.Tower entrance is provided with a passing bridge from road façade, and the entrance eaves, placed at third floor level, have an angular retreating form. The aim of this strong entry is to create and keep the feeling of being in a special structure at the personnel.
