Sogut 7, as a project of urban transformation, has been realized as a project which sought to respond to different expectations by bringing together the concept of housing, vertical and horizontal office in the same project. It is designed as 3 separate blocks are combined with different design and concept - one horizontal and one vertical office block- with a residential block containing housing units, where the comfort of the user is at the forefront, office units where creating more efficient working areas for employees, as well as providing opportunities for socialization, more humane healthy environments are available. Pedestrian circulation in Bahçelievler 7th Street, which is one of the busiest streets of Ankara, was taken to the area.  Thanks to with the created public square,  both the distribution of pedestrians within the area is organised and the meeting / waiting place where there is a lack of environment is presented to the citizens. In the building that evaluates the potential of the area in the best way in which it is located, public spaces are designed on the ground and the first floors of the blocks and are enriched commercial functions.
