The project is located on the Eskişehir road, which is one of the most dense main arteries of Ankara with residences and shopping malls on the north axis and with public institutions such as universities, hospitals on the South axis. It has a construction area of 75000 m², including two multi-storey office blocks and one low-rise residential block. Public use, created by evaluating the existing urban data and potentials, is one of the primary concerns of design. The project, which focuses on qualitative needs with the opportunities offered by technology, has been developed through concepts such as communication, interaction, cooperation and transparency through its open / close, private / public spaces.
