The Project is located at Çukurambar, the newly admitted focal point of Ankara where the high-quality hotel, office and residence buildings are rising. The towers compriseoffices, residences and stores.
Considering the fact that the site hosts business, housing and entertainment places; a proper identity is defined for Arma Towers that can be valid for the three functions.
Terraced working spaces, which are rarely seen in Ankara, is designed for the project. Natural ventilation for each office unit could be possible thanks to that every unit has its own terrace.
The street stores under the tower blocks are diversified by the use of level differences of the ground and proper access roads for pedestrians are planned. Above the stores, green roofed café and restaurant spaces, that can be accessed from the common areas of office units, are generated.
Modular working areas in varying sizes are designed at office floor levels. The two-building structure consists of 144 offices with sizes varying between 90 m² and 650 m², and 24 stores with sizes varying between 50 m² and 840 m².
For the façade design, natural stone is preferred considering the monotonousness of the neighbor buildings, and wooden is preferred at terraces to increase the comfort level.
