The project area located on Konya Road, which is an important transportation axis of Ankara, is also in an area where commercial life is intense at the same time. Considering of this potential of the region, a building program including office + shop functions was created. 

The 13 mezzanine-storey street shops were designed to meet the needs of both offices and nearby residential buildings and their entrances were provided at different elevations by taking into consideration the slope in the project area. These shops, which spread on the project area within the boundaries of the zoning, also form the platform on which the office tower will rise. This platform, which establish a relationship with the high-rise office block in horizontal plane, provides the horizontal-vertical balance of the structure.

43 office units and 12 duplex office units within the program are designed with a flexible plan approach, so that the working areas that can be enlarged from 150 m² up to 600m², are offered for the users.  Thanks to the part of the mass in Konya road side was subtracted, a stop / waiting area was created during the intensive flow of traffic and the entrance of the office tower was defined by a transition area.
