Söğüt Garden Bodrum Housing distinguishes from surrounding buildings by itseasy access to the sea and diversified plan types it provides. The design offers alternatives for different lifestyles with flat, duplex and triplex houses that all have a great sea view. 

Besides its enriched landscape and the natural vegetation, the project comprises levels that are coherent with the natural slope of the land. Houses, situated on these levels, provide view and sun terraces to the residents. Also, a panoramic lift reaching to the natural bay is placed. 

The vernacular architecture style of Bodrum houses is utilized for façade design, and is enriched with stone and wooden. Each house owns a terrace integrated with a garden and balconies offering a panoramic view. Sunshades are placed at these balconies to ensure more utilization during daytime.

For the interior design, a modern and minimal approach is embraced where functionality is integrated with aesthetic. Comfortable spaces are generated with high quality materials and bright colors.
