Ünsal Villa has been designed as a product of the expectation that its users demand luxury and comfort that can be expected from a residence in the early stages of design, that routines and habits that make sense of their lives should be integrated into living spaces as much as possible. 

The spatial richness and different experiences offered by the design are supported by construction quality, high standards in building materials, decorative applications and rafination in fine works, have been put forward a project with an extended definition of luxury housing.

In the project where open / semi-open / closed spaces are presented in a totality and continuity, users are given the opportunityable to contact the soil at any time and to reach the open air and the landscape. While being part of a family is ensured to the users with the places of daily life designed on the ground floor, with its private bedrooms designed on the 1st floor, only a life of their own is offered to the users. Designed in the basement, which can receive entrance from a different level, cinema room, hammam, sauna and parking are other areas organised for common entertainment and needs.
