Atiye Residence which has been designed with a location close to the city center in Kağıthane Istanbul, has been realized as a result of Has Metal-DBN Engineering initiative.

In the project which is rising as a single-block of 17 floors over an area of 3450 square meters, users are offered a functional and comfortable life with 6 unit shops and 102 unit 2 +1 apartments. The structure designed in L form to increase the ratio of green areas in the settlement as much as possible, so that each unit in the apartments is contacted with the outside environment at maximum rate. With the framing movement formed on the facade, the units that seem to be exploded from the mass to the outside, give the mobility to the facade surface while allowing the limits of the apartments to be perceived from the outside. With the stepped sky terraces, which were formed between 13th -17 th floors, this mobility also is supported in the vertical plane. 

As in the interior solutions of the residences, functionality and comfort conditions were prioritized also in the suggestions made for material and detailing issues. The project is enriched by the open pool area, basketball court and children's playground and a comfortable and safe space is presented for the users.
